Yerevan State College of Informatics organizes admission on the
bases of 8-year and 10-year education.
Students acquire the following specialties;

Computer engineering and computer-aided systems software,

Computing machinery, complexes, systems and networks.
Foe etrance the school certificated and 6 photos
are required. The application is to be filled on the spot.

The
students who study free of charge receive scholarship, and for fee-paying
students there is an allowance system. For the fee-paying students
from vulnerable families there is an average discount of 4,200,000
AMD per year. Students who show excellent results in 2 terms are
given the reduction of payment. During the admission we take into
consideration the results of unified school leaving examinations
in the institutions of higher education. Along with their profession
the students acquire the qualification of electrical and radio device
fitter and computer operator. The laboratories in the college are
equipped with more than 80 Pentium III and Pentium IV computers.
Admission on 8-year secondary education
base
For the admission on 8-year education base good knowledge in Algebra,
Geometry, the Armenian language and Informatics is required.

Study duration : 8 terms (4 years). The first year teaching corresponds
to the 8-th and 9-th grades of secondary school curriculum.
Admission on 10-year secondary
education base
For the admission on 10-year education base a good knowledge in
Algebra and the Armenian language is required.
